BROCCOLI SALAD 
1 lg. bunch broccoli, uncooked
1 c. raisins
1 sm. red onion, chopped
12 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled

Cut broccoli into bite-size flowerets. Reserve stems for another use. Mix salad ingredients with dressing (recipe below). Refrigerate for a few hours before serving.

DRESSING:

1 c. mayonnaise (not salad dressing)
1/4 c. sugar
2 tsp. vinegar

Mix and let stand a few minutes for sugar to dissolve.
