FRIED RICE WITH SHRIMP
1 (2 lb.) bag cooked shrimp, thawed
1 cup white rice
1 large onion
4 or 5 garlic cloves
2 medium sized zucchini
1 large green (or red) bell pepper
1/3 cup olive oil
1/3 cup soy sauce (or to taste)
4 or 5 eggs
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, for frying

To start off, cook rice until ready, and dump out onto a large oven pan. Chop up onion and garlic and fry well (until brown) in a frying pan with butter.

Afterwards, remove the onion and garlic (you can mix it with the rice), and chop up the zucchini and green (or red) pepper, and fry together with butter. Fry until brown, then once again remove and place into the pot with rice.

Take out the shrimp, make sure it is thawed, chop each shrimp up into 2 or 3 pieces depending on the size, and fry in pan until done. Once again, place into the pot with rice.

After this, mix all the ingredients within the large pan, add about 1/3 cup olive or vegetable oil (depending on taste and preference) and then add about 1/3 cup of soy sauce (once again, depending on taste).

Warm up the pan, and meanwhile fry the remaining 4 or 5 eggs, make them scrambled, and add into the warm mixture.

This is best served as soon as it is prepared and still warm.
