CHOCOLATE CREAM CHEESE FUDGE 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 c. sifted confectioners sugar
2 (1 oz.) sq. unsweetened chocolate, melted
1/4 tsp. vanilla
Dash of salt
1/2 c. chopped pecans

Place cream cheese in bowl and cream until soft and smooth. Slowly blend sugar into it. Add melted chocolate; mix well. Add vanilla, salt, and pecans; mix until well blended.

Press into well-greased shallow pan. Place in refrigerator until firm, about 15 minutes. Cut into squares.
