CREAM CHEESE FUDGE CAKE 
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
2 tbsp. butter
1/4 c. sugar
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1 egg
2 tbsp. milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour 13 x 9 inch pan. In small mixing bowl, blend all filling ingredients. Beat at highest speed until smooth and creamy. Set aside.

BASE:

1 pkg. Pillsbury Plus Devil's food cake mix
3 eggs
1/3 c. oil
1 c. water

In large bowl, blend base ingredients until moistened. Beat 2 minutes at highest speed. Pour half to 3/4 batter into pan. Pour cream cheese mixture over batter, spreading to cover. Pour remaining batter over cream cheese mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-55 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool completely. Frost with your favorite frosting and refrigerate. Simple and delicious. Enjoy!
