BEEF JERKY 
3 lb. frozen meat flank, slice in strips
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. onion salt
Fresh ground pepper
1/3 c. A-1 sauce
1/3 c. soy sauce

Marinate for 24 hours. Mix constantly. Spread for 8 hours and dry in oven.
