BEEF BURGUNDY 
2 lb. stewing beef, cut in bite size pieces
2 (6 oz.) cans mushrooms
1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
1 can mushroom soup, undiluted
1/2 c. burgundy wine

Mix in 2 quart casserole with a tight fitting lid. Bake at 300 degrees for 3 hours (no peeking). Serve over rice or noodles.
