GOLFER'S BEEF STEW 
2 lbs. beef stew meat, cut in chunks
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 pkg. dried onion soup mix
1 c. California Burgundy wine

Stir ingredients together in crock cooker. Cover and cook at low heat for 6 to 10 hours. Serve with hot rice or noodles. Serves 4 to 6 people.

Really classic recipe. The ones with vegetables are different, more like casserole stews and not as rich tasty and creamy as this perfect Golfer.
