OVEN BEEF STEW 
2 lbs. lean stew beef
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 heaping tbsp. dry onion soup mix
2/3 c. water or beef stock
1 c. dry red wine/Burgundy
1 lg. onion
Potatoes
Carrots
Salt and pepper
Paprika

Cut meat and place in a large casserole dish - season with spices and dry onion soup.

Add chopped onion. Add enough carrots and potatoes to feed your family.

Mix wine, water (or stock) and soup - (it'll look "yucky"). Add to casserole dish.
