BEEF BURGUNDY | |
2-3 lbs. stew beef 2 cans cream of mushroom soup 1 can burgundy wine 3/4 pkg. dry onion soup mix Mix together in large casserole...will look gross. Place in 350 degree oven for 3 hours or until tender. About 20 minutes before serving toss in fresh mushroom caps. Serve on buttered noodles. Serves 4-6. |
