BEEF BURGUNDY 
2 lbs. lean stew beef, up to 4 lbs.
1 sm. can tomato sauce
2 cans beef gravy
1 c. burgundy
2 cloves pressed garlic
1 lb. sauteed mushrooms
Salt and pepper

Mix all ingredients in a covered casserole dish or roasting pan. Bake 3 to 4 hours at 275 degree oven. Serve on rice with beans almondine, tossed salad and hot French bread!
