BEEF WINE CASSEROLE 
1 lb. stewing beef
1/2 c. burgundy wine
1 can condensed bouillon
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 clove garlic or minced garlic
1 med. onion, chopped
1/4 c. flour
1/4 c. crushed seasoned croutons (Pepperidge Farms)

Mix first 7 ingredients. Mix flour and croutons - stir into beef mixture. Put in greased casserole. Bake covered at 300 degrees for 3 hours.
