EASY BEEF CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 lbs. chuck, cut for stew in sm. pieces
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/4 c. red cooking wine
1 env. Lipton onion soup mix

Place meat in casserole. Combine ingredients. Pour over meat. Cover casserole. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 1/4 hours. After 20 minutes, stir ingredients. Cover again and continue until meat is fork tender. Serve over noodles.
