EASY CHICKEN AND CHIPPED BEEF
CASSEROLE
 
6 chicken breasts boned and skinned
1 pkg. chopped beef cut up
6 slices Canadian bacon
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Equal amount of sour cream
1 1/2 c. grated swiss cheese
No salt or white pepper

Line pan with chopped beef arrange chicken breast over beef. Place one slice of Canadian bacon on top of each serving. Put combined sour cream and soup over chicken. Sprinkle with pepper chicken. Sprinkle with pepper spread with grated cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 45 minutes.
