4 oz. dried beef (can cut amount down or use other cured beef if too salty) 5 chicken breasts, boneless, skinless, halved Flatten each breast and salt and pepper. Roll up and wrap 1 slice bacon around. Cut up beef in small pieces and layer bottom of ungreased square casserole. Place chicken rolls on top of beef. Combine and pour over chicken 1 can mushroom soup and 1 small carton sour cream. Cover with foil and bake 45 minutes at 300 degrees, uncover and bake additional 45 minutes. Serve on wild rice. |
