PEANUT BUTTER PIE 
3/4 c. granulated sugar
2 tbsp. cornstarch
3 egg yolks
2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
Pinch of salt
3-4 tbsp. peanut butter

Mix sugar, cornstarch, egg yolks, and salt with 1/2 cup milk. Pour remaining milk in a saucepan; add sugar mixture and cook; stir until it thickens. Remove from stove. Add the vanilla and 3-4 tablespoons peanut butter. Stir until smooth and creamy. 1/2 c. peanut butter

Mix together; set aside. Use pastry cutter to create crumbs. Sprinkle in bottom of crust and on top of meringue.

Pour filling in bottom of baked pie crust. Top with meringue; sprinkle with remaining crumbs. Brown in 425 degree oven about 6 minutes.

MERINGUE:

3 egg whites
2 tsp. powdered sugar
2 tsp. granulated sugar
1/2 tsp. baking powder

Beat eggs with powdered sugar. Gradually add granulated sugar and baking powder. Beat until stiff peaks form.
