GRAHAM CREAM TORTE 
1 pt. heavy cream
1/2 c. confectioners' sugar
1 tsp. rum flavoring
54 Nabisco graham crackers
2 ripe bananas, very thinly sliced
1 c. chopped walnuts

Whip heavy cream with confectioner's sugar and rum flavoring. Arrange 9 graham crackers in a square on a flat plate. Spread with a thin layer of whipped cream. Top with sliced bananas. Repeat process 4 more times, stacking graham crackers. Remember to spread a thin layer of whipped cream and sliced bananas to each addition.

Frost sides and top with remaining whipped cream. Coat sides with chopped nuts, reserving a few for decoration on top. Chill at least 3 hours or overnight. Cut into 9 squares.
