GRAHAM SNAPS 
1 stick butter
1 stick butter
1/3 c. sugar
Graham crackers (1 1/2 packages from one box)
Walnuts, finely chopped

Melt butter and butter in pan. Add sugar and boil for 3 minutes (time it) to a bubbling boil. Put whole graham crackers on foil lined large cookie sheet. Pour hot mixture over them. Cover with walnuts. Bake at 350 degrees. Let cool. Remove foil. Break crackers apart (first in halves, then in fours). Store in covered can. Serve with ice cream or Jello.
