PINEAPPLE GRAHAM PUDDING 
1/2 c. butter
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 eggs
1/4 c. chopped walnuts
1 c. crushed pineapple
2 1/3 c. graham cracker crumbs

Cream butter; add sugar and slightly beaten eggs. Beat 15 minutes at medium speed. Add pineapple and nuts. Cover bottom of an 8-inch pan with graham cracker crumbs, then a layer of the pineapple mixture, layer of crumbs, etc. alternately, ending with crumbs. Chill until firm. Serve with whipped cream. Serves 8.
