STUFFING THE EASY WAY 
1 lb. turkey sausage
1/4 lb. fresh mushrooms
1 box stove top stuffing

Use pork if no turkey available.

Prepare stuffing as directed on box. Fry turkey sausage, drain off fat, set sausage aside. Slice mushrooms and saute. Add sausage and mushrooms to prepared stuffing and keep warm until serving time.
