TUNA CHIP CASSEROLE 
2 tbsp. Crisco
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 c. milk
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 c. crumbled potato chips
2 c. (2-7 oz.) cans) tuna fish, drained & flaked

Melt Crisco in saucepan. Blend in flour, salt and pepper. Add milk and Worcestershire sauce and cook until smooth and thick, stirring constantly. Lightly rub 1 1/2 quart casserole with Crisco and cover bottom with 1/4 cup potato chips. Top with 1/3 of the tuna fish. Repeat layers and top with potato chips. Pour sauce over all and bake in moderate oven, 350 degrees, about 30 minutes. Serves 4.
