TUNA - POTATO CHIP CASSEROLE 
Arrange in layers in a buttered 1 1/2 quart baking dish:

2 c. tuna (two 7 oz. cans)
3/4 c. olives, sliced
2 c. potato chips, crushed
3 c. med. white sauce

Melt 2 tablespoons butter, over low heat. Blend in a tablespoon flour. Stir until mixture is smooth and bubbly. Remove from heat. Stir in 1 cup milk. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Boil 1 minute. Finish with a sprinkling of crushed potato chips.

Bake in a moderate oven at 350°F for 35 minutes. Serve hot, with a green salad, a green vegetable and a glass of milk.

Makes 6 servings.

Crush potato chips to cover bottom of baking dish, sprinkle 1/2 can of tuna over chips, then 1/4 jar of sliced green pimento stuffed olives spread over tuna, then spread the white butter sauce to cover. Do the next 3 layers the same way. Bake @ 350°F for 35 minutes, or until sides are bubbly. My family's favorite.
