TUNA CHIP CASSEROLE 
1 env. onion-mushroom soup mix
3 tbsp. flour
2 c. milk
2 tbsp. diced pimento
3 c. cooked egg noodles
1 can tuna, drained & flaked
Potato chips or bread crumbs

In medium saucepan, mix soup mix with flour. Blend in milk. Heat, stirring constantly until sauce thickens. Add pimento. In greased 1 1/2 quart casserole, combine sauce, noodles and tuna. Top with chips or crumbs. Bake 25 minutes. 4 to 6 servings.
