SAUSAGE CANAPES 
1 lb. lean ground beef
1 lb. hot sausage
1 lb. Velveeta cheese
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

Brown meat; drain off fat, drain meat on paper towel. Put back in skillet, add cheese and seasonings.

Spread on party rye. Can be frozen. Thaw partially before heating. Put under broiler 5 minutes.

Serve hot.
