MUSHROOM CANAPES 
1 lb. med. size mushrooms
1/4 lb. butter
Lemon juice
1/2 c. Pepperidge Farm dressing
Salt & pepper to taste
1/4 c. bleu cheese, mashed

Wash mushrooms. Chop stems small; saute stems in butter. Add cheese and dressing. Mix well. Put a little lemon juice in each cup. Fill with mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Before serving, drain on paper towel. Can be made the day before. Refrigerate and cover.
