1 pkg. party rye or pumpernickel
1 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. grated cheese
4 to 6 slices cooked bacon (crisp)
3 scallions (just the green), chopped

Mix mayonnaise, cheese and crumbled bacon and green of scallions. Mix well. Put bread on broiler pan with generous spoonful of mixture. Broil until bubbling brown.
