BUTTERSCOTCH CREAM PIE 
4 tbsp. flour
4 tbsp. cornstarch
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
4 c. milk
6 egg yolks
2 tsp. vanilla
2 tbsp. butter
2 baked pie shells

In saucepan combine flour, cornstarch, salt, sugar and milk; bring to boil. Add egg yolks. Cook over low heat 3 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla and butter. Pour into shells. Chill for 2 hours.
