Okay, with all of these rave reviews, I wanted to be a harsher critic with this recipe. Yup, I am a believer! This meat is the best I've ever had and the gravy is flavorful. I used two 1.25 lbs of London Broil steak and cut them in half. I did add fresh mushrooms to it by choice and I will make this over and over. Thank you!

This was amazing! The gravy was absolutely delicious. I threw potatoes and onions in as well. Was a HUGE hit for dinner. I highly recommend this recipe!

My husband brought home a London Broil from the market and I was upset because it is such a tough cut of meat. I did some searching online and came across this recipe. WOW. It is now the go-to meal when having guests over. Throw everything in the crock-pot and it is ready to go at dinner time. Mashed potatoes are a must. If you like meat and potatoes, this one is for you. Best part, It only cost me a total of 15 bucks to feed 8 people.

I have never cooked a London Broil before, let alone in a crock pot, but this was just amazing! I had a 2lb cut on low for 6 hours (but probably could have left it on for another 2) The meat took the flavor beautifully, and the gravy should have it's own food group it's so good! I foresee using this recipe many more times, maybe tweek it here and there.

This recipe is very good. Two things wrong with it, though. First, London Broil is a way to prepare meat, not a cut of meat. Second, London Broil should be rare inside, not cooked for 6 hours. It should be an internal temperature of 130°F. 2-3 hours should be enough. Anything longer than that is cooked too long and should not be considered London Broil.

I was skeptical about this because I am not a fan of ranch or italian, but wow! This was so simple and absolutely delicious! Next time I might use a different cut of meat, but the gravy was wonderful. The leftovers were great, too.

This is unbelievably easy and delicious to make. I wish all my meals were this easy and this tasty. My kids gobbled the meat and I even have leftovers. You bet I am making this again real soon.

This is the BEST gravy I have ever tasted! I didn't have a package of brown gravy but I had one for au jus. Since one of my sons had to go to work when I got home from work and I wouldn't have time to make mashed potatoes, I put a whole bag of frozen stew vegetables (cut up big pieces) under the london broil. OMG! I will definitely make this again and again!

This recipe really was to die for! It's was delicious and very easy to make. Many comments suggested mashed potatoes as a side... GOOD IDEA :) The gravy goes well with it. I have also used the small red potatoes which was also delicious! Thanks for the great recipe :)

Too darn easy! How could something that took 5 seconds to prepare taste so good? Can I get away with serving this once a week? Probably so. Easier than opening a can of speghettios or making grilled cheese. So dayum goood!

Wonderful - My family loves it. I add a little onion and pepper but I do that with everything. The Gravy is great over mashed potatoes.. My daughter (the picky one) loves it and my son says it's Epic! Thank you Phyllis!
