BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
1/2 med. onion, chopped, saute in 2 tbsp. butter
1 sm. jar Cheese Whiz
1 roll garlic cheese
1 can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
2 pkgs. chopped frozen broccoli, cooked & drained
1 1/2 c. cooked rice
1 tsp. Tabasco
Pepper to taste
Fried, crumbled bacon

Melt the cheeses, mix in the soup. Combine with rest of the ingredients, pour into 1 1/2 quart casserole and top with bacon. Bake at 350 degrees, covered for 25 minutes.
