1 c. yellow cornmeal
1 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
2/3 c. milk
2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
2 tbsp. sugar (optional)
2 tbsp. cooking oil
1 egg
1 large onion, chopped
1 can cream of celery soup
3 cans cream of chicken soup
2 cans of chicken broth
4 cans deboned chicken
6 hard boiled eggs, chopped
1 c. green onions, chopped

Mix all ingredients with crumbled cornbread and bake about 45 minutes at 350°F.
