TUNA TIDBITS 
1 6 1/2 oz. can tuna
1 slice bread
1 beaten egg
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tbsp. chopped parsley
2 tbsp. grated cheese
2 tbsp. chopped onion
2 tbsp. lemon juice
Oil for frying

Soak bread in water and drain excess water. Add all of the ingredients and mix well. Mixture will be loose. Form into small balls and roll in a little flour. Fry in hot deep fat until golden brown, 5 to 6 minutes. Drain on absorbent paper and serve hot (on toothpicks, if desired). Makes about one dozen.
