TRAVELING TIDBITS 
2 c. roasted, unsalted peanuts
3/4 c. raisins
1/2 c. dried apples, chopped
1/2 c. dried apricots, chopped
1 c. chipped coconut
1/2 c. sunflower seeds
1/2 c. walnuts

Mix everything together in a big bowl. Store it covered in a cool place until you're ready to travel.
