1/2 c. butter
1 c. sugar

4 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. chocolate syrup
1 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt

Bake in well greased 15 1/2 inch x 10 1/2 x 1 inch pan, at 350 degrees for 22 minutes.

ICING:

6 tbsp. butter
6 tbsp. milk
1 c. sugar

1/2 c. chocolate chips
1 tsp. vanilla

Beat until mixture begins to thicken and spread on brownies.
