PUMPKIN PIE FOR A CROWD 
1 c. flour
1/4 c. sugar
1 c. flaked coconut
1/2 c. butter
2 (15 oz.) cans pumpkin
1 1/2 c. white sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 c. evaporated milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. cloves
4 eggs, beaten

Mix first 4 ingredients and press in a 9x13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Mix remainder of ingredients together. Pour over baked crust. Bake 40 minutes at 350 degrees. Serve with whipped cream.
