MA-MA'S HAM LOAF 
1 lb. ground ham
1 lb. ground pork
1 c. bread crumbs
1 c. milk
1 egg
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper

Bake at 350°F for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.

Glaze for Ham Loaf:

3/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. water
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 c. vinegar

Bring to boil. Baste ham loaf after baking for 1 hour.
