HAM AND CHEESE MEATLOAF 
2 lb. meatloaf mixture
1 sm. can evaporated milk
2 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 c. bread crumbs (3 slices)
2 tbsp. grated onion
2 tbsp. prepared mustard
4 oz. boiled ham
4 slices Swiss cheese
1/2 c. barbecue sauce

Combine meatloaf mixture, milk, eggs, bread crumbs, onion, mustard, and salt in large bowl. Mix until very smooth. Pack half into meatloaf pan. Top with ham and cheese, keeping 1 inch from edge. Pack remaining meat mixture into dish. Take out and mold so no cheese or ham shows. Baste after 50 minutes with barbecue sauce.
