BROCCOLI SOUFFLE 
10 oz. bag frozen broccoli, thawed and drained
1 c. sour cream
1 c. cottage cheese
2 eggs
1/2 c. Bisquick
1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese

Mix all above ingredients except for Parmesan cheese, for 1 minute. Pour mixture over thawed broccoli and sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
