BROCCOLI SOUFFLE | |
2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli 1 c. Bisquick 1 c. milk 2 eggs 1/2 tsp. salt 1 c. shredded cheese Cook broccoli, drain. Beat other ingredients until smooth. Stir in broccoli and cheese. Place in 1 1/2 quart casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. |
