NANNIE'S DINNER ROLLS 
2 c. milk, scalded (cool milk only so it feels hot to touch)
2 pkg. yeast
1/4 c. oil
1 tbsp. salt
3 tbsp. sugar
1 egg, beaten
5 c. flour

Add enough flour only to make a soft dough. Let rise in bowl. Shape into rolls and let rise in pan to triple in size. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.
