STRAWBERRY SHORT PIE 
PIE CRUST:

1 c. Bisquick
1/4 c. butter
3 tbsp. boiling water

Mix and stir with fork until dough forms a ball and cleans sides of bowl. Dough will be fluffy and soft. With fingers and heel of hand, pat dough evenly into 9-inch pie pan, bringing dough up to edge of pan. Bake pie crust 8-10 minutes in 450 degree oven.

FILLING:

1 sm. pkg. strawberry jello
1 c. boiling water
1 sm. pkg. frozen strawberries (2 c.)
