PEANUT BUTTER POUND CAKE 
3/4 c. butter
4 eggs
2 c. sugar
3 c. flour
1 1/2 c. peanut butter
1/2 c. buttermilk
3 tsp. baking powder
1 tbsp. vanilla
1/2 c. water

Cream butter, eggs, and sugar. Add liquids. Mix dry ingredients. Add to other mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Reduce oven to 325 degrees; bake 20 minutes.

PEANUT BUTTER FROSTING:

1 1/2 c. peanut butter
1 box powdered sugar
Enough buttermilk to spreading consistency
1 tsp. vanilla
