CHINESE SALAD 
Chinese cabbage
1 sm. white onion
1 c. fresh mushrooms, sliced
1 can Chinese noodles
1 c. bamboo shoots, drained (1 can)
1 can water chestnuts, sliced
Mayonnaise
Soy Sauce

Cut or shred cabbage so it is fairly fine. Finely slice white onion and mushrooms. Add bamboo shoots and water chestnuts.

Mix mayonnaise and soy sauce; use as much dressing as you would like, 1/2-1 cup mayonnaise and 2-3 tablespoons soy sauce. Mix together and refrigerate. Add Chinese noodles just before serving.
