GREEN BEAN STIR FRY 
1/2 lb. chicken, cut into thin strips
1 tbsp. oil
1 pkg. green bean stir fry
2 tbsp. water
1/2 cup prepared stir fry sauce

In a wok, stir fry chicken in oil until fully cooked. Add green bean stir fry and water, cover and cook 5 to 7 minutes. Stir occasionally. Add prepared stir fry sauce or the homemade mustard sauce.

Homemade Mustard Sauce:

1 tsp. chicken bouillon granules
1/2 cup water
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
2 tsp. Dijon mustard
2 tbsp. soy sauce

Dissolve bouillon in water and blend in remaining ingredients. After adding either sauce heat through.

Makes 3 to 4 servings.
