SPINACH LASAGNA 
1 (16 oz.) lb. Monterey Jack cheese, grated
8 oz. lasagna noodles, cooked
2 pkg. frozen chopped spinach, cooked and drained
1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
2 lb. cottage cheese (4 c.)
2 raw eggs
1 tbsp. parsley
1/2 c. soft butter
Salt, pepper, and garlic powder to taste

Mix cottage cheese, seasonings, raw eggs, and butter. Grease lasagna pan followed by layer of cottage cheese, Monterey Jack cheese, spinach and Parmesan cheese. Continue alternating layers and finishing with Parmesan cheese on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes uncovered.
