CHESS PIE 
1/4 c. butter, melted
1 1/2 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 tbsp. cornmeal
2 tbsp. vinegar or juice of 2 lemons
Unbaked pie crust

Melt butter. Stir in sugar. Add eggs, one at a time and stir well. Add cornmeal and vinegar (or lemon juice). Pour in unbaked pie shell. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes at at 275 degrees for 20 minutes.
