EASY STROGANOFF 
1 round steak
2/3 c. water
1 can sliced mushrooms
1 env. onion soup mix
1 c. sour cream
butter
Hot egg noodles or rice (your choice)

Cut meat diagonally across grain into 1/4" strips. Brown quickly in butter. Add water, mushrooms with liquid. Stir in soup mix and heat to boiling. Blend sour cream and flour in a separate bowl and add to cooking mixture. Cook and stir until all thickens. Sauce should be thin. Serve over noodles or rice.
