CARROT PUDDING 
1 c. flour
2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
2 eggs, well beaten
1/2 c. butter, melted
2 c. rich milk
4 c. raw, grated carrots

Mix all ingredients together thoroughly. Pour into a greased baking dish and bake in a moderate oven until done, about 1 hour. Serve as a hot vegetable.
