HOMEMADE SAUERKRAUT | |
4 cans kraut 6 to 7 c. juice from boiled Polish sausage 1 lb. bacon, chopped fine 6 tbsp. flour Take cans of sauerkraut, add juice from sausage. Boil 30 minutes. Brown bacon - save grease. About 6 tablespoons of bacon grease. Pour into juice - add flour. Cook 30 minutes. Add sugar for taste. |
