CHINESE PEPPER STEAK 
1 lb. round steak
2 med. onions, sliced
1 c. celery, diced
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. salad oil
2 green peppers, sliced
2 c. beef bouillon
1/4 c. water

Cut steak into 1/8 inch diagonal slivers.

In skillet place oil, slivers of steak - brown. Add onion, peppers, celery and bouillon. Cover tightly and cook over low heat 10 minutes.

Blend cornstarch with water. Add soy sauce. Add to beef mixture. Continue cooking until mixture thickens.
