BRAUNSCHWEIGER BALL 
1 lb. braunschweiger
2 tbsp. mayonnaise
2 tsp. dehydrated onion
2 tsp. horseradish
Dash of garlic salt
4 oz. cream cheese
1/4 c. sour cream

Mix first 5 ingredients; form into 2 balls. Frost with cream cheese and sour cream mixed together. (Garlic salt and pepper to taste.) Sprinkle with paprika. Good with rye rounds, wheat toasts or crackers. May be prepared a day ahead and will keep several days.
