1 lb. braunschweiger
1/2 lb. soft butter
dash of Tabasco
1 tbsp. garlic salt
6 oz. cream cheese
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 c. minced onion
chopped pecans (optional)

Mix all ingredients together and serve at room temperature or chilled. Roll in pecans, if desired.
